AGROS is a faith based organization seeking to follow Jesus’ example in restoring hope and opportunity to the poor.

The mission goal of AGROS is to build a partnership with MVPC and help families overcome poverty by enabling ­them to purchase their own agricultural land. Agros is committed to serving the poor regardless of their faith with love, integrity and humility. For 75% of the world’s poor who live in rural areas, securing land tenure or access to land is vital to escaping poverty. Land reform that provides this security and improves land distribution disparity has proven to profoundly affect the poverty rate. AGROS seeks to model and communicate Christian values to assist in the transformation of lives by fostering relationships, facilitating participation and recognizing the unique gifts and potential of each individual.
